Sarah Palin is currently priced as the second favorite on intrade.com for the GOP nomination in 2012 - narrowly trailing Mitt Romney, who had a substantial lead in the recent New Hampshire poll.
Intrade.com is the popular prediction market website where members speculate on future events - in short, the price of contracts correlate to the probability of an event occurring (if the event does occur, those contracts settle at 100 and are worth $100; if the event does not occur the contracts settle at 0 and are worth $0.)
The most recent price for a Romney 2012 contract was 22.0 and Palin was 18.5.
It is worth noting that the volume on Palin is five times the volume of Romney.
